The C.P. Rodolfo Maya has lived in Houston for more than 15 years and constantly travels to Mexico and other Latin American countries to advise entrepreneurs who wish to make investments in the USA from an accounting and tax point of view. He is a frequent speaker for the Texas State office in Mexico on business and tax matters under the Governor of Texas economic development program.

Certified by the Board of Immigration and Nationality Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
John graduated with honors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and received his BA from Michigan State University. He works directly with individual investors and regional centers, helping them develop a strategy for establishing business and investing in the United States. He frequently participates in exhibitions on immigration issues at local and regional conferences. He directed the opening of four Foster offices in different countries: El Salvador, Vietnam, Beijing and Edinburg, Texas. While Houston is their base of operations.
